Pre-order items are subject to delays beyond our control and provisional shipping date cannot be guaranteed.

In-stock goods are usually shipped within 2 working days from reception of payment.

Packages usually ship from Switzerland, but due to stock and availability, they can origin from other countries.
In any case, the customer is responsible for paying eventual import taxes and duties in his/her country.

European Union customers may incur in import taxes as Switzerland is not part of the EU.
